Handmade Market - June 2013

I'm now booked in to have a stall at Handmade Market on the 8th and 9th of June, and I'm really looking forward to it! I'm also hoping to do a little bit of shopping, I neeeeed another necklace from Six in a Row and also a bag from Needle vs Thread - that's if I can ever decide on just which gorgeous fabric option I want ...

Aside from a dazzling array of handcrafted goodness, there is also going to be an event to celebrate World Wide Knit in Public Day. But be careful, craft is catching!

Handmade Market will be held from 10am - 4pm on Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th of June, at the National Convention Centre in Canberra. Don't hibernate inside on the long weekend, come along and enjoy the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere at Handmade Market.

Handmade Fashion and Food Market

I have to say I'm a bit excited about the upcoming Food and Fashion Handmade Market. I've had stalls at Handmade Market for over three years now but this is my first Food and Fashion Market. Perfect timing for Mothers Day, so I hope to be able to have some time to do a little shopping myself (and dare I say, for myself !) The Food and Fashion Market is on Saturday only from 10am - 4pm at the National Convention Centre in Canberra. Never fear, if you can't make it to this one the next Handmade Market will be held on the 8th and 9th of June.

First market for 2013

I've had a lovely long break from markets for the last few months but I'm really looking forward to the first Handmade Market for 2013. It will be held at The National Convention Centre on the weekend of the 9th and 10th of March from 10am to 4pm.

It coincides with Canberra's centenary celebrations so it will no doubt be a huge weekend here in Canberra.

I'm again offering special market prices of up to 25% off on a range of items including bracelets, magnet sets and hair accessories. I hope to see you there!

Handmade Christmas Market

It's that time again, counting down to the last Handmade Market of 2012, which will be held over the weekend of the 8th and 9th of December at the National Convention Centre in Canberra. There are even more stalls this time so be sure you explore what is on offer upstairs as well.

September Handmade Market

I'm delighted to have a stall at the next Handmade Market, which is being held on the long weekend in September. The fabulous combination of Spring, Floriade, Handmade Market and a long weekend means it is the perfect time to visit Canberra, whether you are from interstate or a local.

 I'm only going to be at Handmade on the Saturday this time (29th September) but if you miss me there I will also be at Old Bus Depot Markets the next day, Sunday the 30th. I'll also be offering some never before seen Market Specials on both days, with savings of over 25% on selected items so call by and see what is on sale - Christmas is coming ...

A Handmade Christmas

I'll be at the fabulous Handmade Market this Saturday and Sunday, I can't wait!



If you haven't yet finished your Christmas shopping (and even if you have!) Handmade Market is the place to be this weekend.

I'll be there both days, sharing a stall with Michelle from Goosey Gander. For those that haven't yet heard, this is planned to be the last ever market for Goosey Gander so if you want to buy something from Michelle's range of high quality clothes for children - get in quickly! I'm feeling quite sad that this is our last market stall together; it was Michelle who prompted me to start making things to sell at markets and it has been absolutely fantastic to have shared this journey with her.
